Shipping and delivery
1. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the products and the country. You can find the shipping costs at this link.
2. Can I pick up the goods directly at the pick-up point?
You can pick up the goods directly at our point of sale in via Roma 18 La bottega del Garda, or at the tobacconist’s shop in via roma 15 in tignale.
3. To which countries is it possible to ship your products?
In Italy and throughout the European Union it is possible to buy directly.
4. Can I request delivery on a specific day/time?
No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.
6. If I order several products, will they be delivered to me at the same time?
The items in your order will all be shipped in one order. Should we forget to ship an item, we will
send it at our own expense.
7. With which courier do you ship?
Orders are shipped by Bartolini courier.

In our ecommerce you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Returns and refunds
1. What can I do if I have received the wrong article?
If we have sent you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item and organise collection from your home.
2. What can I do if I have received a damaged article?
We will send you back an undamaged article at our expense.
3. What can I do if I have received an incomplete article?
The missing item will be sent back to you at our expense.
4. How can I make a return?
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service at info@grumial.it to return it.
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
Items must be returned sealed, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Returns will be checked for quality upon arrival at our warehouse and processed as quickly as possible, in any case no later than 14 days after receipt.
